We’ve seen renders of the Mi Note 2 and even a few blurry photos of Xiaomi’s next flagship phone taken in a very dark room. Now we’re getting our best look yet at the upcoming device.

New photos of the Mi Note 2 recently leaked on Weibo (via PlayfulDroid), offering a detailed look at the company’s first curved-screen smartphone. The device looks a bit like Samsung’s Galaxy Note 7 running Xiaomi’s Android-based MiUI software. It’s also missing the physical home button, suggesting the requisite fingerprint scanner will be located in back.

Xiaomi’s expected to pack the Mi Note 2 with high-end hardware, including a 5.7-inch or 5.5-inch Quad HD display, a Snapdragon 821 processor, 6GB of RAM and 64/128GB of storage. It could cost as little as $400 for a flat-screened model, but you’ll likely have to pay extra for the curved display pictured above.

We still don’t know when the Mi Note 2 will finally make its official debut. Xiaomi has been releasing new smartphones at a rate of about one per month so far this year, so we wouldn’t be surprised to see this flagship phablet announced sometime in September.
